This level is ideal for women who desire to:

Sessions are body led.
Conversation arises naturally, but this is not coaching — the body is the guide.

Everything in Foundations, with the addition of intuitive guidance / coaching

This level is for women who want to:

• Explore old patterns held in pain, illness, or long-standing struggle.
• Gain clarity during life transitions
• Integrate emotional, ancestral, or identity shifts

Weekly sessions include:

• Bodywork
• Conscious dialogue, reflection, and intuitive guidance woven into each session
• Optional weekly WhatsApp check-in for gentle integration support
