This is an invitation.

Not to fix yourself. Not to become someone new.

A journey.

A small, carefully held medicine ceremony — for individuals and couples ready to step beyond

the mind's familiar current of thinking, analyzing, and striving...

and into something quieter. More grounded. More true.

Together, we will explore through:

• Gentle, grounded ceremony - A prayer. A sacred opening. Intentions.
• Breath & embodied awareness - Guided into the body — where the wisdom you're seeking already lives.
• Quiet reflection & inner listening - Space to be still. To hear what has been waiting beneath the noise.
• A safely guided inner journey - Held with care, from beginning to beautiful close.

THE MEDICINE

I choose a safely considered amount  — what is called a HUG dose. 

Enough to soften the familiar edges of the thinking mind… and allow something deeper to surface.

Your own coherence. Your own knowing. Your own inner healer, coming forward.

This is not about losing yourself. It is about finding yourself — in quiet, in beauty, in the honest presence of  your own inner world, and in the company of others, each finding their way home.

Full payment is required prior to the gathering, as agreed upon.
