And some arrive because the word medicine stirs something ancient in them — a curiosity they cannot quite explain.

What this is, in my own words
I am MaryFrances.
A Sacred Medicine Guide. A Holistic Registered Nurse of four decades. And — more than anything else —
a woman of deep listening.
A lifelong student of the body, of sensation,
and of the dedication to consciousness and human becoming.
This work lives beyond the neat edges of a box.
Beyond the protocols. Beyond the program structures. Beyond the language of fixing what is broken — because nothing in you is broken.
You are diving deeper. You are waking up to a magnitude you have always carried, and have not yet fully met.
Sacred Medicine — as I hold it
I work with psychedelic plant and chemical medicines as a bridge.
A bridge between where you stand and where something quiet inside you has been pointing — sometimes for years.
The medicine itself is not the work. You are the work. The medicine is the opening. An opening held with care, by a woman who has walked through it herself, and who knows what is required to walk back home, more whole than before.
What lives beneath this work
I am a guide. I am also a witness — and that may be the rarer gift.
Beneath every gathering, every journey, every conversation, there is one thing I am tending:
You.
Your becoming. The grand new expression you are not yet living — but already know.
This work is functional. Intentional. Integrated. Without diagnosis. Without dogma. Without dress codes for the soul.

Fully Supported Psychedelic Experience
I recently participated in a ‘guided journey’ with Francesca (MaryFrances) and can truly say that it was (and continues to be) a life changing experience - not in an earth-shattering way necessarily but more so, incrementally, and ongoing.
I felt compelled to participate, not knowing what I might expect or how I would respond - I just knew I needed it. I was transitioning through really big life changes, including closing a business I’d put my heart, soul, and finances into for the past 3 years. But despite the challenges,
I felt that I was on the precipice of bigger things but struggled to find a way to access the guidance I needed to discover the possibilities.
From the moment of entering the serene space Francesca (MaryFrances) created for us, it felt calming, assuring, and safe - a space that I could trust to relax into the experience and let go of any expectations or fears. My mind quieted and I felt my body and breath relaxing as we started on our journey.
As I 'travelled' through the experience, I received three key messages that stay with me still; messages from people I love here on earth, guides from galaxies and our beautiful Mother Earth.
I continue to tap into these messages to grow and expand my human consciousness.
A week following the journey, Francesca led us through a powerful check-in experience that helped me tap into learnings from the journey that I hadn’t yet thought of - one of those being,
I have underestimated the power of my frequency - this is big!
It was so affirming to embody the knowing that I (and all of us) impact our fellow humans in ways that we will not necessarily ever consciously know, and that’s okay. We just need to know and believe that we have.
